The 4th National Congress of CIOs is approaching . 1. Emilio Iturmendi
Director of Small, Medium and Corporate at Microsoft
He is Director of Corporate and SME clients at Microsoft, which he joined in 2016 where he leads Cloud and Hardware sales to the Spanish market. Expert in Strategy, Distribution Channels and Marketing with more than 20 years of experience in sectors of change and high competition, such as Telecommunications, where he worked 16 years in Orange and Software with his current experience in Microsoft. Professor at ISDI and has advised technology-based startups. MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Coach from UFV and Dibex from ISDI.
2. Laura Gil
DAMM Director of Digital Transformation
She has a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has been part of the Damm team of professionals for 20 years. Throughout his career in the company, he has held different positions in different areas, such as finance, or the Corporate Management of Rodilla, which has allowed him to have a global vision of the group. For three years, she has assumed the functions of Director of Digital Transformation at Damm, to contribute all of her transversal knowledge acquired over the years in the company, one of the keys to successfully carrying out this project.
3. Óscar Rozalén
Deloitte Technology Consulting Partner
Executive Master in Information Technology and Systems Management from IE Business School and has completed a Program on technological transformation of the financial sector and new Fintechs at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). In addition, he has several certifications in Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance, Government IT by ISACA, Lean IT by APMG and ITIL by EXIN. Óscar's main activities have been carried out in technological transformation and strategic projects and in technological integration in the Mergers and Acquisitions project.
4. Eulalia Flo
Commvault CEO
Eulalia Flo is Commvault's CEO for Spain and Portugal. She has been dedicated to the technology sector in Spain for more than 25 years. Before joining Commvault, he led the servers and networking business unit at Dell. She has also held positions of responsibility in companies such as Symantec, where she was director of sales, or Business Objects, where she served as director of large accounts. In addition, five years ago he founded his own startup, Option, dedicated to Digital Marketing. He speaks five languages: Spanish, Catalan, French, English and Portuguese.
5. José María Córcoles
Mediapro CIO
José María Córcoles is the current CIO of Corporate IT Services of the Mediapro Group and has extensive training in Business. He graduated from the Universitat Ramol Llull in Barcelona and completed a master's degree in Business Engineering School La Salle. A few years later, he took TWO Postgraduate Degrees at ESADE and IESE Business School. He started in the world of work as an analyst and programmer at Procinsa SA and Fast Moving SA He has also been a technician, RFID development technician and systems manager. More recently, he has been IT Director of the JEVSA Business Group and the Farga Group. In his opinion, the technological trends aimed at accelerating and transforming business will be based on blockchain initiatives, artificial intelligence and we will have to be very vigilant in everything that 5G and H-Computing can provide us,
6 . Carlos Alonso González
Experis Solutions General Manager
Graduated in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid, he began his professional career in the IT environment as CIO - Southern Europe / Facilities Director & Purchases for Capgemini in Spain until 2002, when he assumed the position of CIO Knowledge Management Director of KPMG. In 2005 he was appointed Outsourcing Division Managing Director at Matchmind, a position he held until in 2007 he made the leap as Managing Director of Ciber, a company of which he has been CEO in our country from 2011 to 2017, when the company was acquired by ManpowerGroup. Since January 2020, he has been the CEO of Experis Solutions, ManpowerGroup's technology consultancy.
7 . Jordi Damià
SETESCA CEO
He is a Senior Telecommunications Engineer from the UPC. He is an expert manager in business transformation and a consultant in the implementation of business improvements and in the improvement of information systems. Throughout his career, he has been CIO in companies of caliber such as Panrico, Emea AXA, Winterthur or Grupo CTC, among others. At the same time, he has also held other management and strategic teaching positions at different universities. In 2007, he founded Setesca, a consulting firm specialized in innovation solutions. , technology and talent to help the company strategy. He assures that "best practices indicate that the CIO that makes your company do better is the one that is capable of identifying technologies and processes that make each of the company's processes as competitive as possible."
8. Oscar Pierre
Aggity President and CEO
He is an Industrial Engineer from the Higher Technical School of Terrassa and has a Senior Management Program from IESE (PADE). In 1985 he was already General Director of Data-Pack (Spain), and in 1987 General Manager of the Spanish subsidiary of Computer Associates (CA). In 1990, he was appointed President and CEO of the Spanish subsidiary of the multinational Ross Systems. In 2012, he assumed the presidency of the Catalan multinational Aggity and was appointed by the Spanish Congress of Deputies, Director of the Board of Directors of the RTVE Corporation. Starting in 2015, in addition to being president, he assumed the role of CEO of Aggity, leading the company to consolidate the multinational group in Spain, Latin America and Italy.
9. Javier Jorge García

Throughout his career he has been dedicated to launching commercial projects and launching transformation initiatives, currently he is focused on digital transformation projects. Throughout his career, he has acquired experience in Sales, B2B, Digital, Big Data, CTO, Strategic Consulting, Customer Experience and Transformation. He is passionate about leadership, NLP, TED Talks, mentoring, new technologies and how they can do a better and more efficient job, but mainly a better life.
10. Jorge Hurtado
S21SEC Chief Sales & Marketing Office
He is VP Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at S21sec, Telecommunications Engineer from UPM and PIC from Deusto Business School. He is also a member of the company's Executive Committee, leading the Certification area and the Operating Committee of the Center for Mobility Studies at the ISMS Forum. He has developed his professional career in the area of Cybersecurity, where he has worked for more than 20 years in national and multinational companies such as GMV, Germinus, CGI or Capgemini in Spain, the United States and Latin America. 11. David López
Managing Partner of FHIOS SMART KNOWLEDGE
Managing partner of FHIOS Smart Knowledge. Engineer and Doctor in Business Administration and Management, expert in digital business and digital transformation. Academic collaborator of ESADE Business School, visiting scholar of the MET of Boston University and visiting professor of the FEN of the University of Chile. He has founded and advised various digital startups and has participated in different international projects, among others for the European Space Agency (ESA). He is a member of the Internet Computing & Systems Optimization (ICSO - BCN) research group focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science for making complex business decisions.
12. Pedro Domínguez

After a first stage of his career in the services and development sector, in 2005 Pedro began his professional career in Spain as IT Manager at T-Grup (Grupo Tau-Icesa). In 2007, he joined Schneider Electric to head the Applications department (ERP and Business Process Implementation). With more than 3,000 IT users in all countries and in charge of a global team based in more than 10 different countries, Pedro was responsible for developing the IT strategy, managing business relationships and delivering IT in the perimeter. 13. Francesc Muñoz
CIO of CUATRECAS
He is a Telecommunication Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He is CIO of Cuatrecasas since 1998 where he launched the pioneering initiative “Cuatrecasas Accelera” in 2016, the first acceleration program for legaltech startups. He is also a member of the Board of the Digital Business Club of ESADE Alumni and CIOs.cat. He promoted the role of IT Business Partner and is currently focused on promoting the digital transformation of the firm through strategic lines such as artificial intelligence, digital workplace or cybersecurity. In his opinion, "CIOs must be able to manage duality, on the one hand, operations and on the other, innovation and new business models, the new things that must be added to make operations effective and more efficient."

14. Joan Mas i Albaigès
Director of the Digital Technologies Area of EURECAT
Telecommunications Engineer (UPC) and MBA (Webster University). He worked for 10 years at the research center of the European Space Agency in the Netherlands on projects for environmental observation of Earth satellites. He returned to Catalonia in 2000 to the company NTE SA, dedicating himself to biomedical instrumentation development projects for the International Space Station and life support systems for manned space missions. Since 2008, he is the Director of the Digital Technologies Division of Eurecat, from where he promotes developments, among others, in areas such as Data Analytics and Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or Cybersecurity for multisectoral applications such as Industry 4.0, Health, Mobility, Smartcities, etc. .
15. Montse Serra
General Manager Iberia Enterprise Solutions of HP Inc.
Graduated in Economic and Business Sciences from the Commercial University of Deusto and linked to the Tubacex Group since 2000, Guillermo Ruiz-Longarte assures that “we are facing a bullish environment of interest rates, with increasing capital requirements for financial entities and, in general, an increasingly complex regulatory-legal environment ”. In this sense, he believes that the main competencies that the CFO should acquire today must revolve around leadership and the ability to manage change, mainstreaming, technical competence and technological innovation.
